Kobe Scales is an aspiring sports journalist pursuing a master's degree in journalism at Syracuse University. In addition to his academic pursuits, he contributes to Syracuse247sports, where he covers Syracuse University athletics, offering in-depth analysis, breaking news, and detailed coverage of the Orange's sports programs.
Before enrolling at Syracuse, Kobe Scales gained significant experience in the sports media industry. He worked with the Atlanta Falcons, contributing to the team's digital content and media coverage, helping to provide fans with engaging stories and insights into the world of professional football. This hands-on experience exposed him to high-level sports reporting and the fast-paced demands of covering a major NFL franchise.
Additionally, Kobe Scales spent time with HBCU Gameday, a platform that covers sports and culture at historically black colleges and universities. There, he reported on various events and contributed to the coverage of HBCU sports, celebrating the unique stories and achievements of these schools and their athletes.
Kobe Scales is a proud graduate of Morehouse College, where he earned his undergraduate degree. During his time there, he honed his writing and reporting skills and developed a deep passion for storytelling that would shape his career in sports journalism.
